The closed curtains attracted us in. We could not have picked a more different pub from the previous one. There was about 6 or seven people sitting at the bar and that was it. I ordered a Guinness and a white wine. There are some very interesting seats in this pub. We sat near the television on comfortable chairs. The television is sitting on a huge chest of drawers. There is a pool table in an elevated section but it was covered so we couldn’t have a game! It is a pretty small pub overall and was extremely quiet last night. The pint of Guinness was very enjoyable. It even came in a Guinness glass! It is certainly the kind of pub that i enjoy having a few drinks in.
The toilets were suprisingly very modern and clean. It appears they were only recently renovated. The Vintage Bar is not the livliest spot in Killarney but for a few decent pints it is worth checking out.
