Back down to Blarney we went last night to check out a band for our wedding at Christys pub at The Blarney Wollen Mills hotel. After hearing them we decided that as we were in the area and it was valentines night we would have a drink. There is a very big and bright seating area outside the pub. It is quite impressive. The interior is very modern and bright. There was a good crowd of people watching the Liverpool vs Arsenal game in the bar. I would say that a lot of the people there were guests at the wedding. I ordered a Murphy’s and red wine and was given a choice of wines. We sat in an alcove area just past the bar. The pint of stout was very enjoyable.
I forgot to check out the toilets so can’t comment on them. We only stayed in the pub for one drink but i found it very relaxing and laid back. It is a bar that i think is worth going for a drink. Keep it in mind if you are out in the Blarney area.

Final comment: Christys Pub is next to the shopping area at the Blarney woolen mills. Last night brought back memories of visits to the best Santa Claus around!!
its a lovely bar i give it 10/10 its relaxing somewere you go for a chat but is booming when music is being played oh and the toilets are very clean
