Dunes Pub and Bistro

Dunes Bar and Bistro enjoys a idyllic setting facing Inchydoney beach in west Cork. We went in for a drink recently. The bar has big windows and commands fantastic views over the beach and ocean. The bar was relatively quiet and i ordered my drinks at the bar and the bar said that he would drop them over, good service. I was driving so i had a 7up and Jen had a glass of red wine. It is a big hotel bar with some interesting seating areas. It is an upmarket hotel and this is also the case with the bar. It is a fine place to sit and enjoy one or two drinks.

The toilets are what you’d expect from a good hotel. They were very well maintained and a good size. As i said it is a grand spot for a couple of drinks but i wouldn’t fancy being here for much more than that. Heading here for a bite to eat is always an option.

Toilet rating: 7.5/10
Overall rating: 7/10

Final comment: Dunes Pub and Bistro is worth a visit even if its just for the stunning views.
