A great spot. A good pub for both families and friends. Good craic and a great atmosphere. Very friendly customers too. The owner Bertie is more than sound. A great spot to celebrate a victory over the old enemy: Kerry. (Up the Rebels). The place has a savage pint of porter. The beer is very good too. All reasonably priced. Recently a giant flat screen TV has been included and new ladies toilets.
The only drawback is the size. It’s a bit small, but this makes it very cosy. What do other people think?

dan battys is the best place around. the perfect pub for every age(except those who want to get blind drunk). Loved by all. a nice cosy welcoming place.
dan batties is a great pub bertie is very kind and welcoming…..i have some of best nights out there hopefully i have many more… the price of drink is very reasonable aswell…
