No not in Weatherfield but actually in Tralee Co. Kerry. The Rovers Return is a pub that we visited on our recent night out in the town. When we walked in we noticed a small pub with two men sitting at the bar and a very friendly bar man serving. There is some seating on the left as you go in and there is a pool table at the back of the bar. A pint of Guinness and a pint of draught Bulmers were ordered and they both went down very well and were good pints. There was no sign of Betty or any hot pots what so ever!
We had a few games of pool on the table that costs 1 euro a game and enjoyed it. The gents toilets that i saw are very small but they were in quite good condition. This pub is not the most popular in Tralee but for the famous pub name that it has it is certainly worth a visit. We let the bar man know we were from Munster pubs and gave him one of our cards.
Toilet rating: 6/10
Pint rating: 7.5/10
Overall rating: 7/10
Final comment: The Rovers Return pub in Tralee is a far cry from its name sake in Coronation Street but it is one that we both enjoyed.
